What you will do:

Provide leadership to the squads who make up the program team, guiding and supporting them throughout the program.
Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery within budget.
Engage stakeholders, maintain effective communication, and build strong relationships.
Identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing contingency plans as needed.
Ensure program deliverables meet quality standards through rigorous quality control processes.
Optimise resource allocation and monitor team capacity for efficiency and productivity.
