What you will do:
Manage all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules.
Coordinator system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Product/Service Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
Handle Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports.
Lead projects to optimize Salesforce performance and user adoption.
Perform trend analysis and develop action plans for improving SLAs and reducing case volume and problems.
Present, document and discuss technology solutions with business and key stakeholders.
Identify unused or underutilised platform features.
Improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
Handle end user support tickets and also train new users on how to use the software.
Help maintain data cleanliness throughout the system via record clean-ups, deduplication, validation rules, and automations.
Help create and maintain both team-facing and technical documentation.
Peer review team members’ platform changes.

3+ years’ experience in designing robust and powerful Salesforce solutions.
3+ certifications including Sales and Service Cloud Consultant.
Proven experience in business analysis.
